lmtn your height is fine but it isnt ideal with the unrealistic standards today so just wear 2 inches thick shoes, lose bf%, pottasium to sodium ratio, train your neck to make it thicker, consider nose surgery, wear concealer to cover up your undereyes because thats a bone problem, maybe try to use like aquaphor or like red vaseline to make your lips more pink, minoxidil on lashes maybe try to curl the outer lash it sometimes looks good on people with like a neutral or negative canthel tilt, i know this is like basic shi but its kind of hard to give advice if i cant see your side profile

I recommend you to fix your skin (tretoine 0.05% with azeliac acid 10/20% would be interesting for you) , try to lose the facial fat (gym), minoxdil , and a good diet and that’s alr good

Just say dye it black apply monoxidil/castor oil on eyebrows, use tetrinoin on face and use acutane and lose fat dont overcomplicate it

hair is kinda flat, your eyebrows are light and your skin is below average but all of these are fixable to an extent. your nose is very proportional and your lips are pretty full. Drop to a lower bf percentage before pinning anything
