Theorically you can, as long as you haven't any actual or underlying heart issues and blood pressure issues (too low)

Also don't apply the recommended 1ml obvs

I’ve been using 1ml a night for my hairline along with oral fin.

too bad for ur skin i used to use derma and minoxidil it was fucking my skin apply it wth ur fingers so much better
