I feel my face looks painfully average
Idk if there's any hope for me

Definitely work on losing body fat/building muscle bc your face does look bloated
Grow out your hair and get a cut that fits your face
I feel like I always say this but oral min to get with lashes and eyebrow growth
Also your 15 so look to optimize your hormones in puberty
And idk if you were looking for surgery but rhino would definitely be in the cards
