I've been looking into orthopedic procedures like MARPE and double jaw for sleep apnea, although I personally don't have anything wrong with my breathing or health, how should I go about lying to my doctor to get these done and obtain crazy forward growth.

surely u can get these things without having those problems like sleep apnea, or do u want it to be covered by insurance?

Yeah I kinda have to get them covered, I can't afford them myself

mhm, what type of insurance do u have
u will need to do some more research
also if u cant get it covered by insurance looks for orthos that have payment plans. thats what i am doing since i have a treatment plan that is estimated to be around 9k-16k. the only thing is that u would have to make a deposit from around 1000-2000 (atleast for me), then u pay a small amount each week until u have covered it. it might not be the same for u but thats how i am doing it.

Marpe won’t give you forward growth and if ur gonna get any type of palatal expander get MASPE+

If ur palate is already good ur js gonna botch urself
