It's kinda basic and you can look up that stuff on YouTube or Tiktok too, but I thought it's good to have that posted here for people who don't know how you do it.
Step 1:
So first I will use those items:
I've BAC water, one 1ml insulin syringe, GHK-CU powder and some cloth which I'm gonna put disinfectant on.
Ideally you should have alcohol wipes, but mine ran out and I'm too lazy to buy new ones, so I'll use normal pads and just put a disinfectant on to the normal wipe.
Also ideally you should use multiple
Also ideally you should use multiple syringes if you're putting more than 1ml into your vials, but I've never done that and I had never and issues.
Step 2:
You remove the lids obviously, you can keep them on it but I remove them cuz they get too annoying after some while
Step 3:
Then you just use your alcohol wipes or whatever you're using to desinficate the lids, if you are fast you can do both at the same time if you need some time just do the BAC water first and then the peptide vial later.
Step 4:
After that just pull out your syringe till it's at 1ml with air like this:
Step 5:
You need put in the syringe into the BAC water vial, and just inject the air into the vial so you have some pressure in the vial, then you need to flip the vial and draw 1ml out of the BAC water vial.
Step 6:
After that you clean up your peptide vial with a new alcohol wipe, I wouldn't reuse them personally. Then you just put in the syringe and inject the BAC water slowly, but you need to be careful to not inject it straight on to the powder.
Step 7:
You repeat the process: Pull 1ml air into your syringe, inject it into the BAC vial, draw 1ml BAC water and inject it into your peptide vial. The amount how much you need to inject depends on how much concentration you want for your peptide, so it's individual but usually you a vial is like 4ml.
Step 8:
After you're done mixing them together, you flip the vial sideways and spin it slowly for like 30-60 seconds to mix the powder with the BAC water: do not shake it.
Extra:
After mixing your peptides you can use a peptide calculator (for example this one) to know how much mcg/mg you are injecting.
I wouldn't suggest you to freestyle because you might start feeling unwell because you injected too much or you might feel nothing at all because you injected to less.
I did reuse my BAC water I had opened before, but only because I used it 2 days ago for my Reta, you shouldn't reuse it if it is opened for longer than 28 days.
You should also keep your peptides cooled in your fridge after mixing them together, if you don't mix them they hold up to a few months but ideally you should refrigerate the unmixed ones too so that they don't get bad.
