Basically, there are different “degrees”of hooded eyelids. For Sunny, it’s a typical lateral hooding of the eyelid, which is common for SEA eyelid anatomy
at the outer corners of the eyes, the skin of the upper eyelid noticeably overhangs the mobile eyelid, almost completely hiding it in this area.
at the inner corners closer to the nose, the mobile eyelid remains more open and visible, and the crease of skin is located higher there
Not everyone can anatomically achieve a fully “hunter eyes” look like Sean O’Pry or Elias de Poot, even after fat grafting to the eyelids.
I feel like even if Sunny gets fat transfer there, for some reason the fat just might not take(?)
The surgery of fat transfer in the eye area is quite risky btw, cuz if the fat in any way blocks blood pathways due to incorrect placement, you could go blind ☠
