Bit late I know, but it’s my birthday today, so what better is there to do than make a birthday post about mental health. Mental health is extremely important and recently there has been a mental health crisis especially in men, young men in particular. you matter much more than you think and there are people out there that want you in this world even if you think there isn’t. No matter what addiction you’re going through, what people you’ve lost, what money problems you have, what insecurities you have, whatever other problems you may have, you matter to people and suicide is never the right option, even if you think it is. There are thousands of, If not millions who know what your going through and because they chose to keep fighting they have made a difference
