My assumption was that since the hairs in that area both needed targeting it might as well be used on brows and lashes. I think it’s marketed as such. Plus another reason why I love this serum is because it doesn’t have any proglastins. Those cause orbital fat loss, and definitely aren’t a cute look if you’re using it long-term. This serum also doesn’t irritate my eyes whatsoever, feels like water.
