What is it like being a woman

What is the dating like, what struggles do you face day to day, I want to hear what life is like for you

see I don’t really think there’s too much of a difference between men and women on a day to day basis

however, I do believe it’s so much easier for guys to become friends. girls typically have a lot of secret animosity towards each other and it’s frustrating. you’d think that people who spend all their time together enjoy each others presence, but in my experience girls tend to take “keep your enemies closer” more seriously. guys can make one joke and immediately get buddy buddy with each other. in group work for classes it’s only acceptable for girls to group together cause typically guys don’t want one to infiltrate. different treatment.

There’s a double standard societally. I get judged for liking things that a guy would never be questioned about. There’s more things women are expected to pick up on. If I’m mean to someone I’m immediately labeled a bitch. If I don’t smile at someone I’m not welcoming. I have to be more socially conscious of how I present myself so that I’m accepted.

Dating wise is where the most expectations are. I’m supposed to be innocent, but have the confidence of someone who isn’t. Men claim they want virgins but don’t have the patience to put up with a girl who is uncomfortable with the thought of being that intimate with someone. you date people? Slut. You don’t? Loser freak weirdo. If I cared about what people thought life would be way more difficult.
