Does anyone know how to remove undereye fats?

is your tired look caused by protruding fat pads or does it look hollow?
remove or reposition fat if you have puffy bags, but add volume if you have sunken hollow tear troughs.
fat grafts usually transfer fat into the undereye, if you are trying to remove puffy eyebags you would get a lower blepharoplasty because just cutting the fat out makes the undereye area look hollowed out.
If theyre sunken thats mostly genetic, a fat transfer or fillers could raise the valley up to be level with the rest of the skin
