If it's related to rephrasing the content (having the AI rewrite what you originally wrote in it's "own" words), but you went back and re-reviewed it and edited it, then you would pick option 2. If you had it rephrase it but did not make any changes or did not re-review it, it would be option 1. Anytime generative AI rewrites a huge portion of the content, there's an increased chance of it making a mistake, so the disclosure would be mainly related to your involvement with the content in making sure it's correct.
