it's hard to fix that stuff ngl, i just saw this thread sadly i would've told you to not make any move if you value her as a friend cuz it's over in most cases after you've done that stuff, even if it goes well and you make out a few times u can't go back to being regular friends and if one of u guys finds a partner it's gonna be awkward as fuck
