How to fully take advantage of puberty

Title. I think someone should definitely make a high quality thread about maximising ur looks and overall health for puberty I would but i don't know how to type and format properly in these forums. I'm pretty sure I should be a tanner stage 3 , 4 in a few months I'm guessing.
