we need to make balance b/t slop and looksmaxing

currently there are 400+ lounge threads but only
72 or something about looks improvement you dont want this forum to be like other sites

i am not saying ban lounge but make some sort of rule to balance amount of improvement threads and lounge threads

@God @Yun @Flint do you plan on doing this?
