it depends on how bad is your uee,
if its very bad only fat graft, but u can fraud it, grow out lashes (use serums without prostaglandin or minoxidil) and use lashes curler, also u can use volufiline mixed with some eyecream,but it wouldnt give dramatic changes.. its just moisturises your skin
