Getting rid of blackheads

I have had blackheads all around my nose for probably a year now, i’ve tried so many skincare routines but am sticking with my current one now: cleanse+moisturizer +tretinoin+moisturizer at night
salicylic acid+moisturizer+sunscreen at night, going to post myself on photo advice eventually, just want my skin to be fixed. open to recommendations
