How can I ascend…

I’ve been trying since 2024 to look better and these photos are within the past 2 months (bottom right was 6 months ago)

I feel I’ve made little to no progress and really need some help.
I’ve tried so many things and have been using countless methods but none have really worked.

I really need some genuine advice as I feel extremely unhappy with the way I look.
