can you bonesmash while having cystic acne?

or is it likely to cause scarring? should I get get rid of the acne first? I'm already on accutane, but I'm impatient.

even if I didn't have acne, I might not stop my accutane treatment (in case I get on any androgenic compound), can u generally bonesmash if you're on accutane? heard your skin heals much slower.
