u have good physique + super nice eyebrows, and I would rate u around 5.5-6(hmtn), u can even reach 6.5-7(mhtn-hhtn) if u will improve your skin quality + ur rn in your puberty so I predict that your bonemass will be better in few years,
for improving your eye area I would recommend to do something for eyelashes growth if your eyelashes will be thick and long it will make your uee less visible (bro don't use latisse it will descend your eye area cuz it can loose your orbital fat, so I recommend use oral minoxidil or topical minoxidil 5%, but very carefully cuz it contains alcohol and it can irritate your eyes, be careful)
+ visit dermatologist asap it will be the best investing in your looks
