What supplements should people take to looksmax?
I have a shitload of vitamins and supplements at home but 0 idea which ones to actually take and for what theres some i have 0 idea about even like selinium
Imo for looksmaxx :
- Omega-3s, krill oil, collagen, gelatin, iodine, Vitamin D, keratin and pre/probiotics to improve overall skin, hair, nails quality and gut microbiome health since fucked-up microbiome eventually leads to skin problems.
(Edit : Biotin supplementation is useless, the gut microbiome itself produce it through good bacterias, if you want something who will add selenium, zinc, biotin, B-vitamins to your diet : add Brewer's and Nutritional Yeast and any fermented food. For Iodine, Omega 3s and collagen to most inexpensive way is Fluoride/Iodine salt and canned sardines)
- Melatonin, curcumin (w/ piperine), Magnesium bisglycinate and glycine to improve sleep quality and reduce cortisol/stress induced issues
- Creatine, L-citrulline and Taurine to improve fitness performance, strength, energy and muscle mass in both women and men
