Do yall take any supplements?

I’m currently taking 5g of creatine, 2g of L-carnitine, 10-15g glutamine, 200mg caffeine, and a multivitamin with vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc.

I also take a pump formula that has 8g of L-citruline, 3.2g beta-alanine, 2g L-arginine, and electrolytes. I only take it two times a week because it’s 45 euro for 20 doses :Heartburn:

I also use Cream of rice and Protein powder but I don’t count them
I take creatine and citrulline in the morning with my coffee.

I take magnesium bysglycinate, omega 3s, krill oil, melatonin and curcumin w/piperine before bed or during dinner.

In the past i was a protein shakes guy but nowadays since i'm taken and the missus try to get fit, i use unflavoured protein powder that i add into soups, pizza & cake doughs
