It lowers ur inhib so in a way u wont feel anxious but more calm and relaxed. I myself use it for anxiety and social events whenever needed but pregab itself is actually used to treat nerve pain around 75-150mg. And i think 300mg is where the inhibition would start. Last time i took 450mg i was autistic and low inhib af☠️ Also u will get withdrawals of depression
