thoughts on cb-03-01 on skin benefits?

i saw a video recently claiming that it had a roughly 30 percent increase in improvement of skin quality compared to tretinoin and next to no side effects. Obviously i did a little more research into the studies and everything the guy in the video claims seems to be backed by studies, so i was wondering if there was anything bad about it that would stop me from purchasing?
