I'm going to explain it simply and briefly what carb loading is, how to do it, and what foods to eat before your gym workouts

David what is carb loading?
Carb loading is simply putting gas in the car before driving away...ehh, almost
Carb loading means eating carbohydrates before workouts to boost glycogen in your muscles, which will improve pumps, endurance, and delay fatigue

Ahaaa and how do I do it?
There are slow-digesting carbohydrates and fast-digesting carbohydrates
Slow carbs can be eaten 2h-1h before a workout and fast for about 1h-30min
Your body has to digest that food so give yourself some time
(Everyone's digestive system and sensitivity are different, so experiment with different times to see what makes you feel better the most)
Slow carbs tend to give longer and more stable energy so it's best to eat them if your training sessions are long
Andd what foods do I eat?
For fast carbs you can eat like bananas, rice, rice cakes, honey, cream of rice, etc.
For slow carbs you can eat brown rice, sweet potato, whole-wheat pasta, apples, peaches, strawberries, etc.
You can try out different meals to see how your body reacts so don't be scared to mix slow and fast carbs
Try to hit around 20-50g-70g before your workouts
(Depends on body weight and how hard you train)
Don't overeat carbs tho (100g+ in one meal)
You won't use all of the energy, and you will probably feel like shit
I personally use Cream of rice and it works well for me
50g with 150ml hot water and boom ready to munch
fast and tasty

You can get one for 20-25 euros, and it will last you for about 2 months
And there are a lot of flavors to choose from
I can push myself harder, and the pump lasts longer
But remember to always get at least 8h of sleep and hydrate throughout the day
