what to do with rep system

indviduals rep amount shouldnt exist because people will post less + rep farm to keep their rep positive so add a leaderboard only for high rep threads only, also to encourage good threads promote high effort threads by creating a good threads tab like the new posts and feautred tab make it so that threads with guide and other specific prefixes can go there + they should be like 200- 350+ words minimum, there cant much threads above these many words so most of them will get the ligth they deserve and to filter out the bad ones of the day keep boosting the threads with the good reactions they get
this system gives the freedom to post what you want and not be sacred of post to rep ratio + encourage and promotes good threads
