How I attained a chad-level physique (and how you can too)

Theres a study that shows that the soleus grows around the same on both bent knee and straight leg, so there's no point at all in doing a seated calf raise as you're just getting less gastroc gains for nothing.
Less gastroc = more soleus.

It’s a theory but why not test it? I mean what can I lose from it.

There are two studies I’m pretty sure who showed greater soleus activation during bent knee. It makes sense since when your knees are bent your gastroc gets turned off a bit because it crosses two joints (the knee and the ankle), so when you bend your knee it shortens at the knee joint so it can’t produce much force (called active insufficiency), hence it contributes less to the exercise=potentially more soleus.
And if you want to do 2 sets for upper chest you're better off just doing the low to high fly, you're just training the same function
Like I said, more exercises>more sets.

You can bias more fibers that way and you lose nothing from it except for maybe some time
Why would you do an exercise that doesn't hit the whole tricep instead of just doing an extra set of extensions or a set of overhead extensions which do hit the whole tricep lol. Also it's a compound = more fatigue
since I need more work on my lateral head…

It’s very common to do that there’s no problem with it.

Also there’s a lot of nuance about wether OH tricep extension work the long head too or it doesn’t. Some studies show it doesn’t some studies show it does.

About the compound take I partially agree tbh. It does will fatigue me a bit more than a normal tricep extension but it’s an exercise I love doing and if I want to grow my lateral head more I will need an exercise like that
