How I attained a chad-level physique (and how you can too)

Why? JM press is more medial and lateral head. So I do 1 set for whole heads of the triceps (normal extension) and JM press for the lateral and medial head (long head still working but significantly less)
Why would you do an exercise that doesn't hit the whole tricep instead of just doing an extra set of extensions or a set of overhead extensions which do hit the whole tricep lol. Also it's a compound = more fatigue
