Decent program boyo but take those FUCKING seated calf raises out of yo program
As I mentioned in the thread the seated could potentially bias different heads of the calves.
Also why are you doing 2 different movements for the clavicular head
More movements/exercises>more sets.

I’m doing 2 sets for upper chest regardless so I rather split it up for 2 exercises 1 set than 1 exercise 2 sets to potentially hit more fibers
