vitamins 101 for healthy nails / hair + extra

Back in the days i started going to the gym i thought spinach was the healthiest thing ever and would add it to everything. Boiled eggs with spinach for breakfast then chicken with spinach for launch :Funny:

To be fair it led me to being the lowest bodyfat I've had, so maybe there's some cutting magic in it.
Ig you lost some bodyfat cuz if eating leaves.
I remember reading somewhere that leaves makes you lean , and I notice many vegans are low in bodyfat i guess.
