We don't plan to compete with any of those guys thankfully, we plan on staying in our own lane which makes things easier.
Ideally, we want the forum to be filled with a mixture of slop and good quality content, the best forums usually have a mixture of both.
I have to say though that .com and Dean in particular has helped out .guide a lot; Dean allowed us to promote .guide on .com even though he had no reason to let us do that, and I know for a fact none of these other sites would've given us that opportunity. He's a very kind owner but also a kind person. I don't think I could ever have it in my heart to do anything but be supportive of .com.
