ive rewatched taxi driver today and everything feels just as similar as the first watch, the feelings of redemption, the symbolisms of a hero who was once a man, a change of destiny and fate
i already know why people like the movie so much, i mean if it can express the whole spectra of mans desires so well in a domesticated society then why wouldnt it be, taxi drivers dialogue of the city also expresses the thoughts i have, in terms of modernistic domestication

as a person who likes to read greek philosophy, religion and their ethics(ancient greece btw), i find it hard how modern people are content wiht how they live, they have thier pleasures for the day, pleasures for the night, sleep, wake up, the ouroboros returns, even my own subconsious is in need for a escape of this cycle, ive had dreams a couple months ago of me biting off a searpants head, and the circular searpant is the mean symbolism of the ouroboros, how can people live in this sickly way

i read homers iliad, along with pre-Socratic philosophy, and its clear they lived for the future, the way they breed, as breeding dogs was a sport, teh same was said for humans, as babies who were seen as deformed were gave a honourary death
this mindset of living for the love of the future is missing, i know, i dont need to see or do a thorough analysis, i know, and in connection with that their faith in aristocratic body culture was rich as well, as the gymnasium was for elitists, inherintly connecting aristocracy with a superior body

and upto the gods they worshipped, well take this expansion with a grain of salt bc im also in the proccess of reading birth of tragedy by F. N, but from how i see it, athens was a mainly formful state, a logical and rationale state, but as everything that is rational, theres bound to be movements against it, as over-reason/logic/forms, is gonna lead to a life thats sickness unto death, and the greeks knew that, they knew this was a horrible fate, correct me if im wrong but they end up adopting the dionysus god from bulgaria and using the gods hymns, rituals, imagery and whatnot, they even had a dionysus cult, well already i can correlate dionysus with modern variations, like the escapes we make unto the clubs, the rave scene, the underground drug scene, the dionysus is still in culture, the feelings u have when u lose urself in music, when u dance or rave with other people, the loss of individuality, its all dionysian, as the greeks knew, as i said, that too much reason, too much logic and individuality, will lead to a sickness unto death society
which i can argue modern men have fallen into, but as history repeats itself theres ofc the countermovements of redpilldom, and then redpilldom's counterargument which is the blackpill
the redpill a formless movement, a more dionysian movement, relying on the instincts which are similar to pua, most of the redpill and pua ideas and theories are formless, non measurable, non logical for the most parts
then ofc the bp or more accurately lookstheory as a whole, is more logical, orderly and whatnot, with looks-money-status theory making the whole idea of getting foids more measurable, more logical, more formful

In a zoo, the problems of survival are 0, the animals are provided all the neccesaties of their lives, they are prob for the first time in their species lives, free from the burden of staying alive, like the zoo animal, the human is living in a enviroment which isnt natural to him, as the humans before societies, has lived as a nomad or hunter gatherer, in groups of around 50 people or less, facing nature with only his natural made weapons and a couple guys, watching that national geographic thing with those black hunters made me realise why they are so high t, they still live like humans

Modern human, is in a vast metro, surrounded by extra-terrestrial-like technology. On the whole, it looks like the people adapted well, but that adaptability degree, vary, some yearn to return to nature, im also like this, this personal feeling to go back to what was before is just as strong as society's need to advance itself. The more intelligent technology I see, my own gut tells me to go to nature
some people may even see that pattern of rebound in them as well

but well i think to even expand on this idea i need to clear the room on what nature even is, society has its theories on what nature is, in my experience people seem to think man is a naturally good animal? and that society makes him sick and evil, society with all its therapy, codes, behavioural classes, is all this help for our nature not domestication?

in articles i often read, people rarely attribute crime and violence and bad doing to the persons nature, like the documentary of ramirez, rarely anyone thought that his mind plots and schemes was in his nature, the same as his brother or uncle had a warped nature, rira inherited those parts which was already in his nature, but people often attributed his wrong doing due to his enviroment and economic factors, yes, those things are always of factor, but theres always for every rira, a rira who didnt go and commit those acts, someone just with a fucked up childhood

we should look at the origin of this idea, with everything modern, its origin comes from sickly men, men who are in a weakly state, during the enlightenment, it became obvious to some that questions to how u should live, and whatnot, could be answered in the same way as mathematics, which in their case was reason, ive been sceptical about the value of reason for the good part of the last months, which is why im so anti enlightenmen, bc they tried to put up a science of life, which in theory was supposed to make everyone free, virtuous and happy, just like how newton discovered eternal laws, those enlightnement philosophers thought they could discover ethical progress just like with the scientific progress, isnt a scientific code for life absurd at best?

And the leader behind the idea that nature was good, was rousseau, a french philosopher, his idea of society was that humans were good naturally in short, but society turns them bad. His argument was built upon his analysis of cultures that were once good and turned bad, saying that the introduction of philosophy to cultures ruins them

But now, what did the French people do with the knowledge of Rousseau? They put up a revolution in where they believed the state to be the enemy, but well did that even give them political paradise? Oh well, it ended up in them being in a hell reign politically

Then we return to the topic of nature. What would a return to nature be? Appropriation, aggression, Nietzsche's metaphor to will to power, getting back to nature, would be to give a free rein to infinite violence and lust; the state keeps crime in check
When social controls are weak, the man's innate nature and instincts come forward, rapists, thieves, sexual deviants, murderers, all those degenerative factors, these characters are created by bad social conditioning

So would the answer to a sickly life be a return to nature, no, as u need social conditioning to still be man, as the greek children needed mentorship and military service to still be a complete greek, i just cant with society tho, my anger towards states in power is boiled down to their mistreatment of people, disregard for the potential of what greatness has, and the utter degeneracy they breed, the globalism architecture, the globalistic food, doesnt it make u sick just thinking about it

going into the city area of my country, the most boring architecture ever, the same as many other areas, nothing unique, no 50ft statues, and then the food, chemicalised, coming from a bumbfuck farm in america, transported into a foreign land, its destined to make humanity sickly, but what will helping rant on society help, all i can hope and have faith in, is another rebound of culture, where it becomes vibrant again, where its reformed, redeemed and rebirthed, like the renaissance
