Perspectives From a Normie

I think a lot of people join forums like .org because of the "free speech". Join to looksmax -> find out that you can say whatever and not be judged because the people there are just as weird as you.

That's how I felt at first, and to be fair it was quite a lot of fun but I don't really have any extremist views so now I just find the free speech on there stupid. I think free speech is double edged sword yk, being able to say what's on your mind sounds good on paper but that also means you will have really, and I mean really weird people on there who may or may not ruin your experience.
I agree with this, the reason I originally joined .org was the same because you could say whatever you want and the "edgy" thing was fun, but it gets annoying after a while imo, it's cool to be able to say what you want, but people just abuse that and say the worst shit imaginable unfortunately.

There's a lot of truth in saying that there's no real reason for a "normie" to join and be active in this forum, when something like reddit already exists and is probably 10x better.
And I would disagree with this, a lot of applications I've done on .org & .com were mostly just normies trying to improve, but I'd guess most of them don't end up being active because they're still normies at the end of the day, they are not used to people being racist all the time, talking about incest stuff, praising rape and whatever else immoral stuff is on those forums, they sign up for "looksmaxxing" as a goal and then end up in a place full of self hating incels.
