Is it possible for someone to be a mod of 2 subforums but not a global mod

It's something possible on a technical level, but we would most likely give users primary category mods if they're a mod to more than one sub category. (So "Beauty and Aesthetics" instead of both "Female" + "Male" mods, or "Personal Improvement" instead of "Health & Wellness" + "Relationships" mods).

If you mean moderators to two different sub categories in different primary categories, like Polish + Personal Improvement, then it's possible.
