I would disagree here, when done correctly, the loadings put on your bone WILL engage bone remodeling and then bone growth in that specific area, WHEN DONE CORRECTLY, as show here.

i did read it i said tis possible but your specifci method of bonesmahing isnt rigth for bone growth to happen you need perostieal appostion and for it to happen one method is mechanical loading(bonesmashing) but smashing is hitting the bone the soft tissue absobs most of the impacts but you didnt read mine i said sub-mm when i say that it meant 1/10 of a mm the gain isnt going to be life chaing but mms of growth MAY i repeat MAY be possible thru years of sustained CYCLIC presasure ama send you a study which you should read
