Most countries use the DSM V-TR to determine neurodivergence. If you look up ASD or ADHD in the DSM V-TR it'll give you the diagnostic criteria. If you meet with a therapist/clinician they're trained in identifying symptomology and would likely be able to identify within 1-2 sessions, however, depending on your state/local policies they may not be able to formally diagnose if symptoms are present.
