custom CSS is too far, considering the forum probably wants to be kept clean. You can see what happens in ORG when you give a user unrestricted CSS access (im a prime example).
Plus, if one mistake slips through when adding a function like that, it can lead to easy backdoors if someone is slightly knowledgable on xenforo forums and their structure.
