THE PRIMAL DIET BIBLE: Aajonus Vonderplanitz’s Raw High-Fat Animal Food Revolution

Good minimalistic thread, but there's still a lot that could be said. For example comparing muscle meats and organs, which organs are best and what benefits each gives you, comparing primal DIET to primal LIFESTYLE (it seems you got mixed up half way)..

You also didn't talk about the most important thing about primal which is product quality and how to acquire products. Who to ask, where to ask, budget examples.

You talk a lot about raw dairy but also don't specify how some raw dairy is made and WHY raw dairy is better than pasteurized dairy. You said it's better because it just is.

That being said, you didn't specify why ANY raw products are better raw than cooked, you just said it's natural.

I think it's a decent introduction but realistically it'll never compel someone to try the primal diet because there's simply not enough compelling points.

No cooking ever is also unrealistic for some people, it's fine to not instantly jump into raw foods with no preparation. Searing your meat on the outside only is fine untill you adjust to the rare taste, and realistically it's how most people will begin their raw diet journey. Cooking egg whites is also just optimal. You can cook and make bone broths. The most important thing to NOT cook is organs, rest is sort of whatever.
Noted , that's really helpful .
I am sure I missed a lot of things in this guide tbh
