I have a friend who is obsessed with hair as black as possible, and blue eyes. Tan is optionall but doesnt hurt. He says its perfect for men and women although wom3n should have more of a tan

Imo the best tan for a women is blonde blue eyes with the a normal skin tone. Not too tanned
