nah just healthcare, 12 hour shifts
i do a lot for my pay LOOOL. at nights i mostly do changes or assistance with toileting, checking on residents to make sure theyre ok, redirecting since they sundown quite a bit, laundry, cleaning their rooms, changing their beds, setting up the kitchen for day shift since they prepare and serve meals, set the tables for day shift as well, restock some supplies, manage call alerts, document all behaviors and physical symptoms, pass and assist with medicine - to name a few
