How to handle depression while cutting?

try incorporating more cardio to lift up your TDEE, then you'll have more wiggle room for calories or the guilt that comes with it. I've got a bit of a disordered mindset as well, so this isn't the greatest advice but when you work for and "earn" food the guilt goes away. even a tiny bit.

water, hydration, and electrolytes are the other snippet. when you're cutting are you prioritizing micro/macronutrients or just looking at the calories of a food item? you should try incorporating "healthy" fats or a fish oil supplement and monitor how you feel.
I drink 2 L of water a day and I get 25 k steps a day along with weight lifting, for food I'm not the richest but I try to eat while foods, I'm 15 so it's kinda hard to control what I eat, I eat mostly meat eggs and fruit, for fat I mostly get it from butter
