Psychiatrist appointment went well

i forgot to update about ts yesterday coz i was so tired after work so im doing it now at work lol. anyways it went really well i mean my anxiety hasnt gotten any better as of recent times (ifykyk) but im still trying. i got prescribed antidepressants and anxiety meds that can last for 2 months till the next check up. (saying ts like my whole room aint a pharmacy atp with all that “prescribed” shit from india and china jfl☠️✌️)
