here’s my unsolicited advice:
don’t try to fill an emptiness in your soul with temporary sources of dopamine(ldr, rs)
they can distract u from loneliness for a while, but they dont resolve what lies underneath it,they only teach you to seek relief outside yourself whenever the emptiness returns.
aand eventually, the pursuit of temporary comfort can leave you even more empty than before..
try to find comfort in the Creator, rather than in His creation
everything will be alright, if God wills🫂
