Can people really tell if your insecure?

I feel like everyone around me can tell I'm insecure and they're constantly telling me nice things so I can feel better about myself

Yes u might not notice it urself but ur slight change in body behaviour and posture could be a sign to them. Though im not saying this is it i mean its just one of the factors
