I have a slightly recessed maxilla and infras and i wanna know how i can make it better and i also have genetically bumpy skin so lmk if u guys can.

genetically bumpy skin? like keratosis pilaris or different? would be good if you could attach a reference image

a recessed maxilla you cant realistically do much about unless its causing functional problems in which case you could get jaw surgery paid for
infras theres a host of different solutions it really depends on severity which is realistic
e.g. fat grafting, filler, implants
