For me personally, I've always been into chemistry and always try and do random shit at home like making my own soap from beef tallow. However, like others, I'm going to uni this year so aswell as this being cool; its also very cheap lol. Most importantly though, It should prove to be a cool way to make friends with new people and larp my way to a social status. This is my debut thread so let me know if you find this useful. Depending on the yeast, this could yield about 17%-18% ABV so Its definetly worth it...
1L plastic bottle of apple juice
200g of sugar
1/2 tea spoon of yeast

1. Remove 100ml roughly from apple juice, this gives space for the sugar that you'll be adding in.
2. Add your 200g of sugar to the apple juice, then screw the lid and shake it to ensure uniform solution
3. Unscrew lid and add 2 1/4 table spoons of yeast to the mixture and instead of shaking, swirl the bottle gently
4. After this, screw the little SLIGHTLY and ensure you can sqeeze the bottle. This is necassary to prevent the bottle exploding over the next 8 days as well as stopping insects from getting in.
