What are my biggest flaws and how do I fix them?

Also (climate depending) you could probably add some more bulk to your traps and collar region by wearing jackets or other layers.

true comrade in the comments but aside from that I do usually wear jackets and Iā€™m trying to bulk rn and train more traps for a better frame thanks for the advice šŸ™
