If it's truly recessed not flat then marpe wouldnt be of much help cuz marpe just expands it sidewards instead of forward which is what he needs so it's just protraction mask there for him but it has a 25% failure rate if your maxilla is really that shitty I think surgery is the bestest option but shit you can get botched for that just massai jump and drink raw milk bro itll turn you into a 6'5 Chad 🤣🤣
