Tips on bulking?

i went from 45 to 65 very very quickly but that was a dirty bulk. my biggest tip for bulking is eat foods that are calorie dense, but aren't too filling. For example, peanut butter. I deadass had like 6-8tbsp a day with a banana and a glass of milk to wash it down lol. obviously it's not that healthy but i was very skinny. I stopped with that diet when i hit 65 because i had a bit of stomach fat. I started eating in a leaner bulk, in a smaller surplus, and foods that were nutritious and actually helped me. I lost weight and fat, but i gained the size back in muscle from the gym. I'm lighter but i'm way bigger. I eat about 12 eggs a day, and lots of carbs (oats, rice, etc.). You definitely don't need to eat that many eggs, but right now my protein shakes are helping me. here's the recipe its about 900-1200 calories each.

500ml milk
50-55g oats
(blend these together first so it's smoother later on)

2 scoops protein powder (i use musashi chocolate protein powder and it's like 25g each scoop of protein)
50-55g peanut butter
Optional: a banana. i don't really add it because it makes it thicker and takes longer to drink but that's just a preference. The reason I have specific measurements is that if you don't measure it then it tastes like cement. before i just eyeballed the measurements and it had the texture of a cement mix lol.

have this shake twice a day along with other foods. btw, also make sure to have a clean balance of other nutrients. Just because you're on a bulk and trying to gain muscle doesn't mean you only eat protein/carbs.

In the gym, you also need a good split that helps you grow muscle effectively. here's mine, and this helped me so much.

Monday- Upper
Tuesday- Lower
Wednesday- Push
Thursday- Pull
Friday- Legs

its a great split, targets each muscle group twice a week.

if you have any other questions lmk, because i probably forgot something lol. good luck big dog.
