No it’s not risky long term it’s super worth it I have a huge stack of it and use it intermittently one month on and off and it hugely improves bloating

Yeah kind of expensive but I have a good source and it’s completely worth it it’s like permanent Debloat

Plus it’s a great addition for cardiovascular health

There are no downsides really just don’t abuse it
