makes sense i eat like shit 😭 but could u tell me more abt improving sleep quality?? i feel like i get a good 8 hours every night if not more or a little less and my eyebags have just stayed even since i was little 😞
stop using ur phone 2 hours before bed, red light before bed (like the sunset) is the least disruptive for circadian rhythm. tbh since you said you’ve had them since u were a kid then its ur genetics and sleep won’t fully fix it. u said u eat like shit so try to cut certain foods out of ur diet (replace with healthier options) staying hydrated helps a ton so they don’t look swollen in the morning
